Are you prepared to laugh your ass off? Because that’s the only logical thing that will happen when you have Toyin Abraham and Odunlade Adekola in a movie together.

Well, if you have prayed for this, the gods of Nigerian cinema have answered your prayers and the result is a new movie – Celebrity Marriage.

As you’ve probably guessed, Toyin and Odunlade will star as a married couple in the movie. While it is said to be a comedy, Celebrity Marriage will also provide social commentary on hard-hitting social topics like the pressure in society for a married woman to get pregnant, controlling marriages, domestic abuse and infidelity.

The movie will also star Kanayo O. Kanayo, Jackie Appiah, Tonto Dikeh, Osita Iheme, Susan Peters among others. It will be directed by Pascal Amanfo, who is also starring in it. Pascal Amanfo is known for being the brain behind hit movies like Letters to My Mother, and If Tomorrow Never Comes. So we are sure, the movie is in good hands.
